If the company wants to have a reward program that is something different. I have heard companies reimbursing employees $100.00 for whatever therapy they chose to use to quit smoking. There is no responsibility on the employee and they are rewarded with a bonus. The success long term is minimal.

Today’s feature is using Hypnotherapy and Surgery. Below you will find a link explaining how hypnotherapy works in conjunction with surgery. However, I would also like to add my own input that I have found personally and well as with my clients.
When Hypnotherapy is used prior to surgery; and the client accepts the suggestions they are more relaxed and calm entering surgery, they heal much faster, also tend to take less pain medication.
